Terms of sale and use

These terms cover buying and using The Ultemir Playbook on cyrusvakil.com. By buying or using the Playbook, you agree to them. "We" means the seller named above.

What you buy

• The Playbook is digital training: written lessons with examples, checklists and copy-paste AI prompts, read in your browser. Nothing ships.
• You get lifetime access to every course in the Playbook. New lessons are included as they're added.
• One purchase is one account, for one person. Each person who uses the Playbook needs their own account.
• Lifetime access means access for as long as The Ultemir Playbook is offered. If we ever stop offering it, we'll email you at least 30 days before.
• Some training is for our team only and isn't part of this purchase.
• Orders placed before November 1, 2026 (Pacific time) include one 45-minute 1-on-1 call with Cyrus over Google Meet. You book it on your welcome page right after you pay, at any open time.
• Apart from that call, the Playbook is training only. It doesn't include coaching or anyone doing the work for you.

Price and payment

• One payment. No subscription and no renewals.
• The price is $50. All sales final.
• Prices are in US dollars. Stripe processes the payment. Your card statement shows ULTEMIR PLAYBOOK.

All sales final. You get access the moment you pay, so there are no refunds. This doesn't take away any right the law gives you that can't be waived.

Charged twice, or something went wrong with your order? Email support@ultemir.com and we'll fix it.

Your account

• Your login is your email. There's no password: we send you a one-time code.
• Your access is for you. Don't share your login or your codes. We may end access for an account that is shared or resold.
• Keep your email account secure. What happens under your login is your responsibility.

What you can do with the lessons

• Use what you learn, and the templates and prompts, in your own work and your own business.
• Don't resell, republish or share the lessons, in whole or in part, and don't share access to them.
• The lessons belong to us. Buying gives you access to use them, not ownership.

No guaranteed results

The Playbook teaches methods. Your results depend on your business, your market, your offer, your budget and your work. We don't promise any number of leads, customers, sales or revenue. Numbers in the lessons and on our pages are examples, not promises. Ad platforms like Meta set their own rules and can change them at any time.

Not legal or financial advice

The Playbook is training. It isn't legal, tax or financial advice. For your own situation, talk to a professional.

Some lessons cover texting leads. Under US law (the TCPA), damages run $500 to $1,500 per text sent without consent. Follow the laws that apply to your business. This isn't legal advice. If you're unsure, ask a lawyer before you text anyone.

Changes to the Playbook

We add, update and sometimes remove lessons to keep them accurate.

Limits

The Playbook is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, our total liability to you for anything to do with it is limited to what you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the date at the top changes too. Your purchase stays under the terms that applied when you bought.
