Set up a sub-account, put it on the caller's phone, and send every alert to one named person.
Why it matters
(GHL) is where my leads land and where my callers work. It’s also where the quiet failures hide. A can say “Executed” while the alert went to an app nobody installed, to a person with no seat, or nowhere at all because the wallet hit zero. None of these show an error. They all look like a slow week. This is the setup my team does before a single lead touches an account.
