Goal
Build a client's quiz from one config file, with a validator that refuses to build anything that breaks your SOP.
Why it matters
If you build every client’s quiz by hand, every build relearns the same rules and hits the same traps. Someone adds a fifth option, moves the phone question after the grading step, or drops the texting consent words. Nothing warns you until leads go missing. So I had split my working funnel into an engine that never changes and one small file per client, with a script that checks the file against my rules before anything gets built.
