Write down what AI may do alone and what a human must approve, then keep secrets out of chat and know every job that runs on its own.
Why it matters
Once Claude is connected to your ad account, your CRM and your host, it can do real things fast. Most of them are fine. A few can’t be undone: money spent, a page live, a text in a customer’s pocket. So I run one rule. AI may draft, build and prepare anything. A human approves anything that spends money, publishes, or messages a customer. If you’re an owner and read nothing else in this module, take that rule.
