Run a big build as one planning session that writes briefs, helpers that each build one task, and a reviewer that checks every task.
Why it matters
One Claude session can build a small page, following the build process. A big build is different. The chat fills up, the rules from an hour ago fade, and the same session that built the thing tells you it’s done. So on big builds I run Claude like a small team. One session plans and never builds. Helpers each get one task and send back a short report. A reviewer checks every task against the plan. This course was built that way, the site and the lessons.
