Goal
Build a skill with a trigger description, one output file per phase and a check script, so a repeated process runs the same way every time.
Why it matters
If you’ve walked Claude through the same process three times, it should be a . A skill is a folder of saved instructions that Claude loads when a task matches. Then “write me the weekly report” runs the same way every time, for you and for anyone on your team. I built one for my own ad process. Its content stays private, but the way I built it is what you need, so this lesson uses a neutral example.
