Goal

Run the first call so it ends with a price range, a booked visit and a logged stage.

Why it matters

The 5-minute rule gets a stranger on the phone. This lesson is what you say once they pick up. Call one has one job: agree on a price range and book the visit. It’s not a lecture on materials or brands. If the call ends without a date on the calendar, you paid for the lead and got a chat.

In the full lesson

  1. Step 1 · Before you dial: one page with your ranges
  2. Step 2 · Open with their answers
  3. Step 3 · Confirm what moves the price, then give the range
  4. Step 4 · Book the visit before you hang up
  5. Step 5 · Log it, every call
